MacroGuia collects the following types of data:
2.1 Voluntarily provided data
- Contact form: name, email and message (to respond to your inquiry).
- Newsletter: email address (to send you nutritional content).
2.2 Automatically collected data
- Google Analytics 4: anonymized browsing data (pages visited, duration, device, approximate location). Google Analytics does NOT collect personally identifiable data.
- Google AdSense: data needed to personalize the ads shown, managed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
2.3 Calculator data
The data you enter in our calculators (weight, height, age, etc.) is processed exclusively in your browser. It is not sent to any server or stored in any way.

MacroGuia implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including:
- HTTPS/SSL encrypted connection across the entire site
- HTTP security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, CSP)
- Calculator data processing exclusively on the client side (no server transmission)
